Hearts, Felt, and a bit of thread // Works in Progress

Felt-heart garlands aren't terribly original, but they are a lot of fun. I loved this one last year and decided to pull out the beautiful felt I bought during a great sale at Heather Bailey's online store last spring. Now I just need to sew it together and hang it up.  Poof--festive!

Somehow, we have been lucky to miss the ice and storms that are inundating so many across the country. It is fifty and sunshine-y outside, so we are going on a walk. I'm bringing what is left of my other felt stash along, to see if my friends want to sit and cut out hearts while the kids run and play (and hopefully avoid the mud). A good day, to be sure.
