3 x 6 Bee Blocks // Sewn

I love these blocks (the one on the left is my favorite). I made them yesterday, entirely of scraps. I’m not sure how that is possible, but anyway, some of my favorite fabrics are in them. I hope that my bee-mates like them. I tried to be fancy, and it was a mess. So I started over and went with simple. (Note: for the [3×6] Sample Quilt Mini Bee, you use your own fabric to make each of the other six people in the “hive” an identical block of your choice. You sign up each quarter).

Note: I decided to count up my WIP’s thanks to Lee’s WIP Wednesday. Um, yeah. I think there are 15. I need to get a finishin’

That is a nice block, sometimes the scrap quilts are the best, especially for memories..

Those are lovely blocks, but I can’t help but be a bit curious about your disastrous first attempt! I’d love to join this bee sometime…maybe after I finish my thesis I’ll have the time. It seems like a fun one. :)

Love these blocks! I haven’t started my 3×6 blocks yet – I can seem to decide what to do. I think everything I’ve thought of so far is too complicated, so your simpler approach might be just what I need!

Thanks for linking up with WIP Wednesday, have a great week.
