My friend Lee from Freshly Pieced is today’s stop on the summer-long 100 Quilts for Kids Blog Hop! Did you see her feature on the Sewing Summit blog last week? I know, I know, since I write those posts and her favorite quilt is a Summer Sampler, I’m kind of biased, but I thought it was a great interview. Her 100 Quilts post is here.
Here is a peek at the blocks I’m making for the 100 Quilts QA (quilt along) . These are 20” square blocks, there is also a 12” block option. Mindless sewing that uses up scraps if you have them, or gives you an excuse to cut into your stash or buy something new. Good times!
And finally, the winner of the Design Roll (6 inch strips) of Tina Givens’ new Pagoda Lullaby is comment #23– kbzelazny July 13, 2012 8:01 AM
Love your block! Abba’s Dancing Queen is an oldie but goodie!
Love Dancing Queen! Thanks to everyone who gave me song suggestions. I’ve spent some time on itunes this weekend–I think I’m ready to run!
