Last week I shared the spring Bubble Dress that I made my baby. Today I wanted to share a few photos of the Oliver + S Rollerskate Dress that I made my 6 year old. This is the second Rollerskate Dress that I have made.I planned to add a bow or even a contrasting collar (like I did on the other one) but I let her choose, and she wasn't a fan of either this time around.

I would rather have a dress she loves to wear than one that looks exactly like I want it to.I really love the cap sleeve on this dress. The fabric is from Heather Ross's Far Far Away reprint (with Windham Fabrics).

I actually bought the fabric to make the girls dresses *last* spring, but then we decided to move instead.Although the construction is fairly simple, I like the details--the button loop closure, the elastic at the waist, the way it is fully lined--I know I will make another one.
