Summer Sampler 2016 // Week 11 [Ombre Cross]
Today's block for the Summer Sampler 2016 quilt along is Ombre Cross, designed by AnneMarie Chany. This is the 11th block (out of 20), and is a lot of fun to make! I used a combination of Blueberry Park fabrics, and some blenders that I had in my scrap bin.
Summer Sampler 2016 Block Board
Funny story--I made this block weeks ago, put it in a safe place, and currently have no idea where it is in my (mostly clean) sewing room. Good thing I took a photo!My mother in law made a few of these mini design boards for me for Christmas, and I have been using them to keep my tiny pieces from getting lost as I sew. Cute, eh? I guess now I just need to not lose the actual blocks...
