Life is happier when you do something that you love.

My name is Katie, I enjoy swimming in the summer and skiing in the winter, and sewing (almost) all of the time.  

I sell quilt patterns that are fully tech edited, tested, and fun to sew.

I co-wrote Vintage Quilt Revival: 22 Modern Designs from Classic Blocks, which was published in 2013, and host an annual Summer Sampler Quilt Along.

I live in Salt Lake City with my husband and 3 kids, and work as a historian.

I love color and hiking and flowers in the spring and leaves in the fall. I love taking my kids on adventures, especially of the outdoor variety, and buying fabric.
