1000 Pyramids Quilt // Works in Progress
Take 2. My friend Tricia came over last night, we went through my secret DQS (doll quilt swap) partner's favorites, and this is what we came up with. I definitely needed another pair of eyes!Kona solids, Alexander Henry Heath, equilateral triangles. I hope it works!Note: Thanks for your comments--I finally realized everyone was right this morning and I could unpick my diamonds, turn them over (since they were solids), and re-sew them. But I either didn't have the skills or the patience to make it turn out how I wanted it to. Probably both. So, onward and upward.And finally, I can either sew in my free time, or stick with my triathlon training schedule. Not both. And definitely not both while having a great time being a tourist in DC and Northern Virginia!
