Spiced Chai Quilt Along // Vintage Quilt Revival

Fall is in the air and it makes me want to sew!! Anyone up for a #spicedchaiquilt quilt along!?

This sew along is super relaxed, Instagram based, and starts October 2.

I will be posting a schedule--if you need to work ahead or fall behind, that's perfectly ok. If you follow the schedule, you will have a finished quilt before Halloween.

This quilt is made of 12 traditional Tea Leaf blocks (similar to a Maple Leaf block but without the stem) and one mega-block.

10/2 Week 1: cut fabric + make mega block

10/9 Week 2: make tea leaf blocks

10/16 Week 3: piece the quilt top + baste the quilt

10/23 Week 4: quilt + bind + celebrate

Finished Size Quilt: 60'' x 60''

2 yards white fabric2 yards total gray solid fabrics in various shades

*1 citron FQ

1 plum FQ

1 jade FQ

1 orange FQ

4 yards backing

68'' x 68'' batting

5/8 yard binding
