Sometimes, I have a hard time picking a color palette for my quilts. And then sometimes--the palette seems to pick itself!I have bought solids over the last few years, and stored them in all sorts of places--some in color bins, mixed in with my prints--some in color stories in their own bins in the closet.

When I cut up my Kona color card, I wondered how many of these colors I actually had. So, I started searching. I could NOT believe how many solids I had, and how many different shades. Most of them are 1/4 yard or less, perfect for a larger quilt with lots of colors

.Here is my palette for the Summer Sampler 2018 [on sale for a few more hours--expires Sunday, May 13 at 11:59 pm!] Its "rainbow and everything but the kitchen sink" and I hope it is awesome.
